Nigel Grant Training is a small family-owned company. Nigel worked with three plain English firms from 2004 to 2006. We formed a limited company in 2007 and became a limited liability partnership in 2012.
Our people have strong qualifications and experience, and we all believe that communicating well depends as much on attitudes as skills.

Senior communications manager for a big government agency, a keen percussionist, film buff and theatre fiend, with professional directing experience and two shows at the Edinburgh Fringe to his credit. Plays cricket with great energy and growing skill. Often to be seen riding in south and central London on a classic Holdsworth single-speed cycle.
Our associates are family members or close, longstanding professional friends. Most have two degrees and all have years of relevant experience. They include:
- a doctor (who has acted with Catherine Zeta Jones)
- a public sector procurement manager versed in the dark arts of local authority language
- a senior writer and editor for a large science organisation (who has also acted with Catherine Zeta Jones)
- a retired partner in a large actuarial firm
- two general business English trainers bristling with degrees and the experience of leading at least a thousand courses each.
Clear Legal English Associates is a group of four professional friends. We swap ideas, refer work to each other, and collaborate on bigger jobs.
